how to not lose muscle on t3?

i'm interested in trying T3, but for years i've read about it "eating your muscle". how true is this if you're cruising on 250mg test a week? i'll be eating at a bit of a deficit while running t3 too..
 
usually we combat t3 by doing it on cycle..

but taking t3 and having a very low calorie diet isn't recommend at any given time imo.. well.. maybe while on tren :D
