How to start HCG with those small ampoules ?

Hello

I got HCG from ovigil company and got 2 small ampoules which on of them is the HCG

Now per my understanding i need to buy:

1. Vial
2. bac water

and then use my syringe to take all the hcg from the ampule and enough bac water to make the vial full
is this correct ?


if not please correct to avoid mistakes...
