I just started my second week of dieting. Should I be working out differently? I usually go for more weight then reps. Should I be trying to get 12-15 reps now? Thank you

PM me with current nutritional uptake. along with you stats and weights being moved now. also you routine. sets reps, exercises and total days at the gym. plus years training, juiced or not as well.
