i workout at home and only have dumbells and a chinup bar to work with.



MON - Tate Press, tricep overhead ext., bench dips

TUES - cardio/abs

WED - dumbel/hammer curls, chin ups, push ups

THUR - cardio/abs

FRI - cuban press, see-saw press, shrugs, pull ups

SAT - cardio/abs

SUN - db flyes, db bench press, elevated push ups
 
Buy an olympic weight set. You can get a weider 300lb set for like 4200 or check craigslist for something in your local area. You can only do so much with the limited amount of stuff you have.
