which is better: dextrose or maltodextrin? i know one is simple and one is complex with both having a GI at 100 or above. hard to believe a complex carb with a GI of 100 but i read once malto is the hardest carb to convert to fat. i noticed when i eat shitty carbs like low fat or non-fat cookies and shit like that, i just bloat and dont even feel recovered, like those carbs (high fructose corn syrup) doesnt restore muscle glycogen as well as it does liver but dextrose/malto do.
