You have to start somewhere. 1iu is fine. Just increase it gradually. I have been using since 1/11 and started the same. I gradually up it from there.

remember 15iu vial you can add 1.5cc or 3 cc of bac

1.5cc than every .10 is an iu

3cc than every .20 is an iu
