I believe the HST program will work for you if you try it.
I have been training one muscle once a weeks for years
then I tried HST training
Mon - Wed - Fri
2 weeks of 10-12 reps
2 weeks of 8 reps
2 weeks of 6 reps
2 sets for large muscles i.e. legs,back,chest
1 set for smaller muscles i.e. hams,delts,arms,calves,traps
incredible strength gains!!!
and I wasn't on gear!!!
