HUGE GAINS, please add your $0.02

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but his numbers seemed to be really off -- squatting 400lb while he is only deadlifting 260lb -- And to top it off gaining 90lb in 3 wks on squat

he had to of been close to that squat before the diet. then it went down, then jumped back up. if he is claiming that he was never close to his new gains, then that wouldn't make sense. no matter what ur not going to put on that much muscle. but he should have been atleast close to that strong before cutting, and then once carbs were restored and everything going again hitting his heavy weights plus some extra.

A friend of mine entered a comp in 2010 he dieted down from 220lb - 184lb
When he finished his comp he started eating & drinking back to normal & ate loads he gained about 25lb in 2 weeks Ive seen it with my own eyes as I could not believe it.

Try 25 lbs in 3 days.
And a trip to ER.

Never again, never again.

Well some of this does sound weird. But I dieted from 190 to 177 to cut out the last bits of fat and then started eating and started my cycle a week and a half ago. Before diet I was benching 265 the dieted for a while bench dropped to like 200 then last chest workout after a week and a half of lifting and sauce I was easily throwing up 200 I could of went well beyond that but didn't want to test my shoulders because they are screwed. However my sqaut went down but not to that kind of degree but if the same instance was to happen with my legs I could see a 90 lb jump if he had lifted that weight before.
