Huge Lump after injection pain need advice

So ill get straight to the point i done a pec injection on friday, with test e and deca, anyway its now monday and my pec has swollen about 20% bigger than my right pec and isn't extremely painful but if i lift my arm over my head feels very achy. I shot with a 24g. Could it be ive just hit a nerve or something more serious. Help will be much appreciated on this thanks.

What volume did you inject?
And what does the injection site look like?
Colour? Temperature?

was about 3cc ill check temp later right now ive got a hot water bottle on it and am massaging the area colour is same as other pec, the thing im worriered about is how swollen it is, if its not better by friday going to go docs i think

Have you ever injected this site before? First (and only) time I did a tricep injection it blew up so bad my elbow all but disappeared in the puffiness. Not only was it swollen it was red, slightly warm and hard. I had a friend who is a nurse take a look and she did not think it looked like an infection so I waited it out.
For me it took a week before it went down to normal. I took some benadryl and ibubrofen every day to help it along as well as icing and heating it.

everyone is different I prefer Pec injections its right there easy to see

never pinned my pecs but usually after pinning glutes or Ventrogluteal area I'll see a bump for a few days.. Also a little sore to the touch. Never anything major for me and always goes away within 4-5 days.
