Hey everyone! I've been around for a while on other gear forums, and decided to join this one as well

A little background,

I've been lifting for almost 10 years, been competing in powerlifting & oly lifts for about 3 years, and was a National level gymnast for a while, but no longer compete, just train from time to time. And I've been using gear for a couple o' years as well
