Is there any way to test to see if your GH is legit?

Ive heard there are some ways to detect whether or not your growth is legitamate. I would like to hear from the pros on this matter.

If you get hand tingles/numbness...

You can test if its HCG or not.
I've heard that HCG is used to counterfeit HGH. Get a pregnancy test...

Usually I sleep like a baby when on GH. feelings of carpel tunnel in the hands and swelling in the wrists are side effects.

hmm. good question. I would just try to go with a source I trust. I relize that is easier said then done.
