Assume that someone has built up a strong strength base with compound movements. They have been following a powerlifting like routine and can now bench 315 for reps and squat and deadlift 450-500. If their goal is mass, rather than strength, how at this point in their training should they change their routine? Many here say that your goal should be strength until you reach this level, but I'm not sure how you should transition your routine to maximize mass after you have reached this level in strength.
