I’d rather workout alone

50 is Beautiful!
Since I have started my weight training, the BF has been a great help. I enjoy working out with him, he inspires me tremendously, and his suggestions on how to lift correctly I follow to a T! He has been bodybuilding for 15 years so he knows a thing or two. BUT, I am a woman, new to this and I need to follow MY routine, not his. I have read and re-read on cycle training, resting and recover, I got it. He is starting to hover over me during my workouts. It’s getting annoying and seems to take longer to finish. This week he is out of town on business and I can workout alone, it'll be nice!

I do cardio every morning, treadmill 12% incline for 30 minutes.
Evenings, weights & resistance for 1 1/2 hours (time varies as to what muscle groups) then cardio for 45 minutes to an hour.

The weather is improving so soon I will add a morning & evening run.
 
If you workout at a public gym, he's probably hovering over you to show everyone your his...bringing your girlfriend to the gym around a bunch of amped up, high test guys is basically throwing her to the lions den! Haha
