i am feeling fuckin depressed

hey guys , these days i am feeling so down and depressed from working out and bodybuilding in general , i started 3 years ago from a 6 feet tall skinng guys of 53 kilos to a kinda average 73 kilos guy with nearly the same bodyfat,i have trained hard ,researched a lot , i log in everyday to read on this site and many others ,i have a lot of info but for somereason i am not getting the results i am looking for ,i live in egypt and i cant and supplements here are fuckin expenisve and rare to find so i train nearly without supplements ,budget is a bitch so i bulk 2weeks on and then try to maintain for the other 2 weeks ,its depressing to see someone who knows shit about bodybuilding and diet gaining mass and getting bigger while i am struggling to gain mass ,i stopped my favourite sport which is football in order to gain more mass , i stopped smoking i stoped everything that can halt my progress and still i am not seeing much gains , i feel that i am fucked and my genetics sucks ,,any advice would be appreciated right now cause i need some motivation ..peace :spank:
 
1. You don't really need supplements, in my opinion, they are VERY overpriced for the results they give you. Yes, even protein imo.

2. There's no such thing as not being able to get big. Your just not eating enough. You wanna get really big? 1 chicken breast and 1 large potatoe 7 times a day. You will get big. I dunno how many calories you need, but I bet you any money that this will help you put on some mass..maybe even too much! And lift heavy, sticking to compound excercises.
 
Well, on option is ordering from the states, no problemo to get like optimum 100% whey dirt cheap and top of the line.
Secondly, there are no excuses! Lift the weight, eat the food and sleep. Do what is demanded of You to grow!

i know my problem though. i dont eat enough. its probably your problem too.

speaking of, does anyone know natural minerals or dietary supplemts i can take to make me hungrier/want to eat more? this sounds retarded, buti get tired of eatign all the damn time.

Find out what your cheapest meat is and load up. Ground beef is cheap here so i eat a ton of Spaghetti. Sirloin steaks are cheap here to so i eat a bunch of those.

I dont take any supplements. I think theyre bullshit. Ive gone from 138 lbs to 224 over the yrs.. Mostly from eating. I used some weight gainers along the way but only a very few times.

some claim vitamin B12, and oxytocin over long periods of time
 
Stop whining and eat more. Don't worry about stuff to increase appetite, just man up and start eating all the time until you constantly want to puke from all the food in your stomach. Eventually you'll be able to easily handle 4000+ calories a day.
 
There are days where I could go through and just eat twice if I lived by what I felt like doing or how busy I was. If you want it, you have to eat, thats all there is to it. Write down the times of day that you are going to eat and follow it, or at least write down your meal times, and caloric totals and do your best to hit your target at the end of the day. I carry around a small flip calendar where I can write that down.

Everyone who doesn't make it always has an excuse, so eliminate the excuses and move up another step.

im actauly trying to quit..makes me lazy

I should add, one technique to get people to eat less is to slow down how quickly you eat. So dont drag on and take all day.

Now I used to be like that to in my 20's untill I tore everything trying to be as strong as guys 40+ lbs my size,FUCK IT!!
Try to be YOUR best,if a guy is berrer or lifts more use it as motivation rather than get pissed off.I love to train but bodybuilders more than half are so fuckin high on themselves is sick!!!
This is what happened to me,I tore my glute and hamstring when I squatted 365 for 6 reps but that happened to be my 23-25th set after I did 5 extensions,5 curls,6 leg presses and 5 squats.Tore my scapula no bench,pec too:(:(
Then I fell backwards doing squats when all I had to do was let the weight fall back but I did a limbo & put it back on the rack to avoid embarassment and settle for a sliped disk instead.
So after all that and that I am 35+ you are just lucky enough to be healthy to just workout!!
Think about that.
So it is better to look like you can lift heavy(Do supersets) rather than tear a pec trying to bech 300+ and not being able to workout.
I do alot more cardio,3-4 exercises of 3-5 sets around 12 but 15 sets max.
I can only bench 290 but my chest looks like I could do 315+.
Just an example my 1st set of chest is incline
20 rep at 135
15 rep at 185
5 rep at 235
4 rep at 255
1-2 reps at 265 then drop to 185 for 10.
I do flat dumbell next
60 for 15
70 for 10
80 for 6
90 for 4
then drop to 45lbs dumbells and max out!!!
Go for the pump.
As for supplements I only do a shake after my workout,multi vites,Glutamine,But I do use a ephedrine fat burner.

Sorry for all the writing but I am home sick so I am bored :insane2:
My point being it is better to try to look your best rather than compete with others and be depressed.It took me 6 years of good straight eating 50%,Cardio 25%,weights & rest 25% to look like that(my avitar)!


So I hope this kick in the ass can get you started up!!

yeah that stuff will definately increase your appetitie ...shame it also increases estrogen to a pretty high level..equivalent to taking a couple of birth control pills each day....i mean when was the last time you saw a super buff hippie???????? i dont no maaan i cant remember.........duh???

egypt? fly to bangkok, where you can buy the 'right supps' for a hella cheap price. plus there's a nice middle east alley here. if you speak arabiya, maybe you can get a job easier here...depends what you do in egypt.
