OK so it happens to be Shawn Lattimer, but still, lol. I figure since he charges less than the fags at the new your sports club he is worth every penny. I can't wait.
 
always beneficial no matter how long you been training. if nothing else, then for the motivation. no one has a "moderate day" with a trainer.

Their aren't many people i would pay to train me, he is the third best bencher in the world i believe, and drug free. I care more about learning technique.
 
It was great, very informative. I will probably go back to him in a few months once i get past beginner level in the shirt. I hit 475 in my single ply F6 relatively easily. Wasn't a joke, but not hard. I apparently need 3 and 4 board work. I locked it out easily but was a little slow in the middle. It took about 455ish to touch. Good times, lol. I didn't even get into my 2 ply F6, and denim, he said the grooves are the same it would just take more weight to touch right now.
