If you have a non existant libido I could understand wanting to go on TRT but at 700ng/dl you should have close to a normal libido. You could go get the additional blood work other members mentioned just to make sure your endocrine system is functioning properly. I really do not recommend TRT unless you have testosterone levels under 400 and they are effecting your life. When I had testosterone levels around 400ng/dl I still had pretty decent libido and could still build a great physique. I feel like if you focus to much on what your testosterone levels are you can start to manifest symptoms that aren't really there and become sort of a hypochondriac.

Actually I think the real problem is he's using he wrong size needles. Whenever I encounter this problem at work, I usually find 16g needles helpful in resolving it. 14g helps too, but that might be overkill.

A high libido is only really useful if you have full time access to a woman (or man) to use it with. If you are going to be in a dry spell, a low libido is a God send.
I am just tossing out the possibility that you may be looking at everything wrong. Most likely it is not the case - the vast majority of people are straight and you most likely are too, but you low libido is certainly not being caused by a test level of 700.

That's debatable. The large majority of guys will not be within normal levels on that dose, and would not be able to stay on that dose indefinitely without health problems.

You're still thinking that TRT puts guys at the top of the range. For the average male, it does NOT. Many have to fight to get that dose, or they have doctors that feel it's justifiable. I was being totally serious when I said MOST docs want a level right about where yours is.
You also seem to think that libido is purely based on a number; it's 100% not. There are many hormones and even external factors present that provide sex drive, test is just a piece of the puzzle.
Yeah bro I have 775 natty and my libido is through the roof off cycle. I actually have a lower libido on cycle, but it also could be I'm having a lot more sex on cycle. Plus with the HCG and Test E I can literally climax on call. Probably My libido, sex performance, and everything in between is probably only slightly better on cycle, but like I said earlier it varies. Get a lot more girls on cycle, I think the vascularity from EQ does it alone.

My natural test levels were 217 ngl prior to trt and once on trt my doc would not let me go any higher than 550 ngl. So in few words 700 ngl natty is a good number to be in.
