Bob died for our sins
Since I feel pretty much healthy enough to start training again after 10 months I thought you guys might enjoy going along with my process of getting things back together training wise.
I was thinking of a few things
Before/After/prgress Pics(which I will put up after say a month or 2 or even less if I feel comfy( I am still fair sized even though I am way out of condition strength, muscle and cardio wise)
Progression of strength via stating what I did each training day(obviously I am going to mentally try to graduallly increase slowly as I dont want injury or burnout)
Meaurements at the beginning, every few weeks etc
Juice will not be a factor at this point and most likely not for a while because I have to make sure my liver is ok for that first(dont have to get into that here but ther is an old thread I put up in the anabolic section about bloodwork and that explains all.
I am going to do things a little differently then in the past and experiment a bit due to curiosity, past injury and why not ie higher reps on some bodyparts like quads, lower on others etc.

Trained many years on and off
naturally endomesomorph(meaning I put on fat and muscle pretty evenly)
5'8-5'9
34 y/o in august
Went from fairly solid 230lbs in sept 2002 down to 184 last week february 2003(100% lifestyle problems which have been dealt with)
Presently approx 210-220lbs(was 220lbs 2 weeks ago, not sure right now as I had a bad cold up until today)
basically the gist of this thread is to do an experiment in getting back in and the theories of muscle memory.
If your interested in this and have any suggestions then bump this thread and/or make comments
