I used to get HGH @ 10ui a vial. I mixed it with 1-2ml of bac water to get 2 - 4 UIs.

The new vials are 8ui, just wondering if its enough liquid if I mix that with 1ml and inject 2UIs (0.25ml) at a time ?

And how about mixing with steril water instead of bac?
I can only get the bac water online which is annoying when your going for a long time, they sell steril water down at the pharmacy which is much more convenient.

So what would be the down sides to that?

Do not use the steril water from the pharmacy. Get the bac water. It might be more of a pain, but this is something you are injecting into your body. Not the time to try and cut corners.

yes correct bacteriostatic water is always better than anything mixing with hcg or hgh.

try your local medical supply store they should sell BAC water. they use it in the hospitals all the time they have to get it from some where!
