I can't stand being natty

I'm only 18 and I'm pissed everyday about being natural. I'm trying to stay natty till atleast 22. I just hate watching vids like Matt ogus, lavado, etc. and seeing how much work they put in with not much to show. Don't get me wrong they are shredded and pretty big but c'mon, with a large t shirt on they look average. They spend they're whole time working out, counting macros, talking with they're coaches and they can't even win a sh** show. It's so demotivating. It's so tempting to start juicing after watching vids of zyzz and seeing how big he got with sh** diet and training in such a short period. Btw I'm not a zyzz fan, I just used him as an ex. since he's known.

I did not reach 185 lbs util I was 28 and I reached a natty weight of 190 lbs. I used to be military so the hardest thing was trying to gain weight and mass. I am 41 and now I am on trt because of life and what curves it throws at you. Everything I worked sonhard for was lost before I got on trt.Your young and hungry as we can see. When you start too young know that there is irreperable damage you will do period no two ways about it. Take your time BB is a marathon. Like I posted on another thread in your teens and 20s good quality muscle is hard to come by unless you have some amazing genetics. Muscle maturity for men starts in your mid 30s through your early 40s. If you look at the average age of a Mr.O winner its about 35+.

Take your time. Remeber once you start pinning your chances of needing to go on trt increase with every cycle and every pin. You have choces now and dont give up the abikity to choose. You are 18 and belive me you cant see 2 inches infrnt of your nose right now ask me how I know and ask any of the old timers here.

Take your time and always remeber this every action you take has consequences, think before you act.

Good luck

freak bodybuilders, such as rich piana, started juicing in they're teens and are still juicing today at 30+ and seem fine. (Other than his breathing) and based on his size and looks he's on some crazy dosages of some crazy gear.

Don't let the pros fool you. They have more money, better doctors, and better genetics than the majority. You are young and remember you need to be thankful about your life and condition. I used to bitch about my shoes until I met a man with no feet. Are you where you want to be?? No. Is anyone?? No. The hardest thing in life I have learned is to be content. Look around and tell me how many people you know are content. And by that, I mean people who are putting in 100% and doing all they can and actually happy with that. Its all fun and games until you fuck up your endocrine system at a young age and are on test injections the rest of your life and have a hard time balancing all your other hormones. You are young. You probably wake up every day and feel good. You should have a sex drive through the roof, decent skin, high test levels, etc. Train naturally and get your diet and training in check. Definitely get with 3J and invest the money with him. You would freak out with your results. Get a solid lifting program. I like the Wendlers 531 program. Remember sometimes the price of admission isn't worth the show. Good luck!!

Focus on getting as big as you can naturally theirs no better feeling then knowing a guy in your gym is on gear and your way bigger than him naturally. Don't be one of those clowns who are on gear and still look like shit

I trained natty til I was 27..
To break down your platues you have got to learn the ins and outs of dieting.
A diet is a misconception of loosing weight..when really a diet is what you eat on a daily basis to acheive long and short term goals.
Once I finally understood this and applied it to my everday lifestyle, thats when I truly started changjng my physique. At 18 you have alot to learn bro. Diet dictates everything.
Anyone can lift and juice..thats the easy part. Not everyone can properly diet and thats what holds one back from achieving greatness. Read..read...read

Enjoy training natty dude, I wouldn't recommend juicing until you're 21, will you drop dead if you do? Probably not, but the longer you can put it off the better IMO. Learn how your body reacts naturally to different methods of training and really see how diet works, that way you can see what works best for you = what works even better when geared up.

Steroids are not the magic key... I have a mate who has just finished 10 Weeks @ 400mg Test which is plenty to grow on for a first cycle, his diet? What diet? He's currently in PCT and has dropped 80% of what he gained, majority water. If you can't gain naturally then you can't gain juicing.

Lol, he is the last person you want to follow suit in. What he was doing was abuse, and not solely AAS either.

If done properly, can you juice early to get to your max potential and then get off, keep most gains, and stay natural? I just want to hit my genetic potential and have fun after that. Maintaining is way easier then gaining, especially when your years into working out. Steve cook just eats right and trains semi hard cause he pretty much hit his GP, and he can stay lean cause he doesn't really need to get huge gains anymore.

If you fuck your endocrine system and mess up your HPTA, you will need TRT for life. That sounds awesome and all except you are a slave to the needle. What happens if you fall down on hard times, or test gets really hard to come by? you are fucked walking around with trash testosterone levels. If you max your natural test levels you can easily hit 1000 ng/dl. That's a lot of testosterone and more than enough to build muscle. It's your body, and you do whatever you want with it. If you want to cycle, then nobody can stop you. Many guys here did what you did and regret it greatly because they came to realize they could have gotten a very big percentage of those gains without the cost, side effects, and hassles of using AAS. Once you hit your genetic potential, or something close to it, is when AAS becomes a boon.

When I was your age I knew everything. Except patience.

I'm glad to see things haven't changed that much in the last ten years.

Slow the F down big guy. There's lots of "fun" to be had in this world at 18 without AAS. There are a million girls out there with fucked up hormonal imbalances, weird insecurities and daddy issues that you can have any way you want, for free or the cost of a date for the next five years, no gear required. Go to town - bonus, you boost your natural test production.

You haven't been working out for years, properly. Unless you're a russian gymnast who's been training since you were seven, I would be astounded if you have more than a year total of what anyone here would consider "serious training" under your belt. 18 to 25, hell even 30 you can make great progress without gear if you actually dedicated yourself to what you're doing. AAS just fill in the gaps, for anyone - they don't do the heavy lifting.
