I know it is said that when your fat loss plateaus you should enjoy a cheat meal and "shock the body". Well I had my first cheat meal in over three months last night while watching my Patriots beat the shit out of Jax. I went to a Boston Bar, drank like 6 beers and ate fried clams and french fries. My wife was clapping her hands and was like "thank you! nice to see you relax for an evening" and although it tasted pretty good I really do feel like a shithead this morning.
