Sorry about the confusion guys, I have just recently found out why this is happening.
When you register to the forum that does not send out a request for IMT to give you a call, please make sure you fill out a contact form, instead of just registering.
There is a contact form on every page of the website that asks your interests, phone and email, it also asks for a brief explanation of your interests.
If you really want to get things moving the best thing to do is fill out our New Patient Forms in the following link New Patient Forms
Simply fill everything out except the payment form and return it. You can scan your documents and upload to the same page you downloaded the packet from, or you can fax them to 888-348-5190.
It is not mandatory that you fill out the New Patient Forms first but it will help expedite the process and give us more information about you, this way we can give you a much more detailed response on your free initial consultation.
