I have 2 questions guys PLEASE HELP

1.So check this out I was boxing 3 years ago and I had a fairly nice body,I had the cut down my chest and a flat stomach.I was wondering how much body fat will I have to lose to get more than just a flat stomach but true ab definition.I have 20% of body fat, because I gained weight after I stopped fighting.And as far as Genetics go almost everyone in my family have girl abs, nothing budging out, I was wondering if this will be my fate as well.I dont take roids.You guys can hit me with every life style change you think I should go by, because I can lose weight on command, I'm so used to losing and building back up.So when I gain weight I dont panic.But I need a set goal to see my body even better than before.By the way I saw a tiny bit of ab definition on my top abs when I was at 17% body fat.

2.Just curious is it possible to be 1,000 pounds of muscle without roids in under 15 years.First of all is it even possible for your body to handle that much muscle.And no I dont want to look like that, but I do think it would be pretty cool.
 
1. i was told in one of my exercise science classes that most men need to be under 12-13% bf to show your abbs well. i'm not 100% sure how acurate that is because i have never done any real looking into the topic. but if you're good at dropping weight then IMO try cutting down some and doing weighted abb work. of course you can't spot reduce bodyfat, but by doing weighted abb work you might be able to make your abbs a little denser and be easier for the lines to show when you cut down.
