i have a weak assed back :(

my legs are very strong (1300 pound leg presses for reps)

my arms are pretty strong as well
my chest is starting to improve a lot


but my back i dunno im extremly weak for my size
i cant even do one chin up

my one rep max for deadlift is 315

and the most ive ever bent over rowed was 225


any good routines for building strength on this lagging area ?
 
Try the Pullinbig Thickin the waist routine in the Training area. Is is a sticky.
 
leg presses are fine and dandy but are you squatting? real squats below parallel? those will help build your legs low back and help your deadlift as well..

do you have an assisted chin machine in your gym? this is great way for you to do reps on the chins until you can do them with your BW and then hopfully with a few 45's strapped to ya!!!

also PB's routine is always a great option as well

like 500 lbs and do like half reps
i was a jerk lol

i can do 315 in the hole for about 4-6 range depends on how i feel that day

now you doing them right thats all that counts..build from here
 
I think he grasps that concept; he's asking HOW to achieve the heavy deads + heavy rows. :D

PB's routine is good stuff.
 
you want to build your back do 2 sets of heavy ass deads in the3-6 range. 2 sets of heavy ass rows in the 5-8 range, and close grip lat pulldowns (palms facing each other) in the 8-12 range. I loved this workout.
