currently on my third week of:
test c 600mg
test p 100mg eod until week 5
2-6 tbol 60mg
im using the EC stack as well
no matter what i do, i just end up feeling small and bulking again
Can someone give me a very simple diet to follow
what ratio of prot:carb:fats works for you?

deadlifts 500x1
shoulder press 95x3
