^This. Doooo eeeet sadpanda! If we can spend hundreds to thousands of dolllars on gear/ancillaries/peptides, dropping a few bucks on learning how to eat properly should be an easy decision. I'm VERY glad I did as he's worth every penny. :)

here are some lifestyle changes I do and i now have abs

practice intermittent fasting, this is when you define the hours you will eat, say 11 am to 7 pm, then don't eat outside them
eliminate to a degree 80/20 sugar and bleached items, white bread, rice ect
do High intensity interval training then do not eat for two hours if you can to allow the HGH you just stimulated to attack your fat
get carbs from green sources, and also to note broccoli and asparagus are natural Aromatase inhibitor (AI) meds

Did intermittent fasting make a significant difference to your fat loss? I have been debating whether to try it or not the last few days...

what it will do is keep you from eating during the hours your body is idle, so when you need energy you burn fat. that plus HIIT over a course of 10 weeks should provide a noticeable change

Okay, so if I am doing my HIIT at say 7PM, I would eat from 1-6PM?

if you exercise at night eat your last meal an hour before or earlier so you can get through it, you would eat fro 10am to 6pm the exercise at 7 , when the HIIT cardio is over you should be exhausted, no energy to lift , now do not eat for 2 hours and enjoy the fat burning properties . then use a Whey protein shake to keep your self from binging before bed

3j, Thtas ur answer. This is clearly a diet issue, and maybe a workout issue. Give 3j two or three months to work with you and see the change. He gave me free advise that got me over my hump. Ur will cost though probably, Cause you are needing meal and dieting planed for you until you figure out how to diet correctly! Good Luck man.

Sounds good, I'l give it a try, thanks :)

just get your diet straight before hoping on a cycle, thats what i did. And i can't wait to see how i look in 8-10 weeks. Diets first bro, along with lifting, the gear is just a litttle some some for ya, it wont get you there without proper nutrition and workouts
