I just set up the glute ham raise and i can barely do a few ugly partial ones, lol. At least i know what my weakness is, and i was a high 5's deadlifter a in the summer. I guess i have some serious room for improvement.

Jcp2, take a set of bands and loop one end around the back of the ghr and put your arms through the other end so that they hold you up a little. Do negatives like that until you're strong enough to do full range.
