even when i would train during the day i'd never religiously take a pre workout i never rely on that bullshit. i'm just looking for a small little kick in the ass to give me a bit more energy.. maybe even test base? like water based test so i can do a little slin pin delt shot before a workout?
i train in the nights mostly (between 9 and 11) and taking anything will keep me wired. that includes drinking coffee or a small redbull or anything. lately i've been drinking fruit juices pre workout on the way to the gym for the natural sugar.
any suggestions for a good non-stimulant pre workout? ..
