i need advice please help(plasmajet)

my father has low blood pressure would this be a problem if taken for two months.
he has blocked blood vessals to the retina in both eyes we hope that this may help to move the blockages as plasmajet makes veins and vessals enlarge.
any feedback would be welcome many thanks. phil
