dont wanna sound like a pussy...but ouch.think the sssoulder part sounds 2nd best.
my ass is really sore. for years and years ive been skinny, not deadly skinny but 5kg's underweight. this is just where i draw the line.
i wanna bulk up, and i wanna bulk up good. all off your guys help and opinion is highly appreciated.

With the glute 1.5 inch is to damn long for me. Even tried a 1.25 inch and still got discomfort. 1inch is just right...
Depends on the individual... BF on the glute and size of the muscle...

I go with 1.5 incher in the glute and 1 incher in the quad, and rotate every pin (right glute, left quad, left glute, right quad) and it works out fine (unless using Winstrol (winny) IM). Always remember to aspirate before injecting to check for blood. Wipe the skin with alcohol before pinning and pin after taking a shower. Finally, inject very slow.

ssssomething i was wondering about. should the needle go in the whole way...last night when i injected my ass, i put it in more than halfway....started to inject a bit then push it in further till i felt a burning sensation....is this the sign that its going into the muscle?...im affraid that the stuff isnt getting into the right places.

make sure you are in a stable posture so the tip of the pin is not moving laterally in your tissue

IMO- massage the site afterwards for a bit.....or have some hot female do it..

Hey snake try your ventroglute. it is easier than the normal glute if you are doing it yourself
and it is easy to find by leaning hard to the side, it will lump out a bit just below your hip if you bend to the side. Once you find it take the pressure off the side you are going to inject to insure it is not tight or flexed (like standing on one leg).
It works great no extreme twisting no cramping in the side and smooth as butter inject spot.

i find the easiest spot to inject myself is quad...but if uve got a steady enough hand u can do anywhere..i get my girl to do my glutes...and dont forget to pull back on the stopper before injection to make sure theres no blood...cause if u hit a vein its lights out snakee

the reason why is ask this stupid questions is because every time i shoot the experience is different, sometimes is hurts, and then the other dayssss i dont feel a thing. My wife doesnt wanna do it for me , she is so squeamish. its actually difficult for me to shoot in the assss. but yes, i would probally get it right later on. till today my right cheek is sore, and where i shot in the left one its fine....thanks for all the advice...and we work in cm's...so i think 1.5 inches is like 3.2 cm...

Ive noticed on some other websites and forums everyone says that cyp 250 is hard to find, and not much stock and bla bla.....well for me it isnt hard to find and ive done a couple off checks on a couple of products to see if its fake.....do the ppl say nomad cyp is hard to find depending on what country your in?
