That is a very general question! Please spend sopme quality tikme READING and learning here and you'll probably find the BEST AS for your particular desires.
Why not just lift and get to be a lower bf %. AS is not the answer to every thing in life. Then more janitors would take it to be able to mop floors better. More Carpenters would take it in order to nail wood together easier. Its not a cure all. Hard work 1st, AS to get over plateaus. Doesn't anybody want to see what they accomplish with hard work 1st? Then move on to AS.
Hard work I didn't think that was still around, don't you know it's all about the quick fix... *grin* (and that's what is wrong with the youth of today) don't get me wrong there's some old farts that are LAZY too..
