I need help with my cycle

Can someone help me plan a good cycle for what I have?

I have 2 - 10ml bottle of Test Enanthate and 200 - 25mg Winstrol capsules.


Also if you had some suggestions for diet that would be amazing!

I'm looking to make this a 3 month cycle.

what are your stats? age, weight, cycle history etc..

I am 29 years of age, 5'11, 172lbs.

This will be my 3rd cycle, but my last one was a year ago. I have only worked with test in the past and this is my first stack

When I cycled in the past I didnt focus on diet as strongly as I should have, so my goal is to do a proper cycle this time through including my diet and intake

Don't even worry about a cycle until you get your diet and training down to a science.

you will probably only have enough for a 10 weeks injecting 2ml a week.. mon - thurs or how ever you perfer.. As stone said get your diet right this time and you will get great results. Have a look on the diet part on this site and research for what you are looking to achieve
