I am 37 and have been on 200mg/week of T and also have a prescription for HcG but I don't use it very often. I have recently begun working out again and need a baseline advice for using the HcG with my T and if I am using too much or too little T. Please help

hcg can usualy be run around 250 U.I E three days. alongside of cycles.

i guess T is testosterone, right?

WHY U ON TEST FOR??
r u on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? or u working out ?
200mg is very little if u trying to make some gain.... can u give more info bout ur self.and ur goals....

I am 37 and have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for about 10 years. When I was younger I was in great shape. I wrestled 112 as a senior but was really strong for my size. Then injuries and lack of motivation got me to where I am now. I am 5' 7" 175 and have recently started working out again. I don't cycle but want to increase my testosterone after I get passed the initial 6 weeks or so of starting my workout.

I don't know why I am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), not sure what caused it.

So since I am not on a cycle but take the 200mg weekly you are suggesting to take shots of HcG the two days prior to my testosterone injections? Should I wait to begin taking an increased amount of testosterone until my muscle fatigue subsides from not having worked out for some time? Once I start taking an increased amount should I still cycle the increased amount and if so, how much for how long?

These are questions I can't ask my doctor which is why I am here.

yea i would wait a lil while to up your dose, you will prolly see some good gains form 200mg a week if you T was low before. when you stop making gains then up it.

Thanks. I will try that out. They prescribed me 500 three times a week but I don't think they were considering that I was taking 200mg/week of testosterone.
