thre isnt a law that says you have to do certain body parts on a certain day. you could rotate a
chest/tri/delt day
leg day
back/bi day
over a 4 day a week workout routine
example rotation
monday chest
tuesday leg
wednesday rest
thursday back
friday chest
saturday/sunday rest
monday leg
tuesday back
wednesday rest
thursday chest
etc
Monday Back
Tuesday Chest
Thursday Legs
Friday Shoulders Arms
I like this split because it gives you enough time between deadlifts and squats and you can burn your arms and shoulders out at the end of the week without it effecting your other workouts.
