For about 5 months now, probably more, EVERYDAY when I go to sleep, I have to get up and pee after being in bed for at least 1 hr. OK, so I go pee, then I go to bed again and 3 -4 hours after, I wake up because I need to pee AGAIN.
THIS IS TOTALLY INTERRUPTING MY SLEEP CYCLE
I have been to the doctor and what he says that I need to stop drinking liquids 2 - 3 hours before I go to bed. This is practically impossible, but regardless, lets say I can do it (which is when I get up 1hr after I have been in bed - I have stopped driking water over 1 hr ago), why do I wake up again 3 -4 hours after having to pee again?? So then I have to stop drinking liquids 5 - 6 hours before going to bed?? NO ONE DOES THAT. Does anyone have any suggestions?
