First off... this is probably what you found.. These have a TON of EPA/DHA which is what makes fish oil benefical. The cheaper brands have less than half of DHA/EHPA. So basically taking 2 of these is like taking 5 of regular fish oils.

you're supposed to rotate the oils as well

CLA is a bit more expensive, but I really like it.


I will post picture sin december to prove this works. Ive been nothing short of amazed ho wwell this works

remember two things

a) weve only evolved .02% in th epast 40K years
b) we used to get 300-400g of EFAs a week, and researched how found (somehow) cave men were typically leaner and more muscular than a typical american.. only when we started adding agriculture (depending where you originated from) anywhere from 10K to 5K years ago and things took slightly a turn for the worse as far as health and body comp.
