I takes me too long so swallow..

Chicken breast; I BBQ them, I live in the north so even if it snows I don't give a shit, my chicken breast are getting seared on that damn grill! :-) I drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on the breasts and squeeze half a lemon on them -or a whole lemon depending on how many breast I cook- If the weather is like 50 bellow my ass is sautéing the fuckers in a pan. So I use a little bit of olive oil in a hot pan and sauté the breasts until golden brown. Then I squeeze half a lemon on them and it tastes amazing. I also use the Tostitos salsa method and throw them in the oven.

Tuna; I eat it out of the can. Love it. But sometimes I take a can of tuna, drain the water, add to half cup of chick peas, throw in the mix some diced red onion. For condiment I use either olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar, or a little dash of Italian or Greek salad dressing.

The other way I eat my tuna is sometimes I take some romaine lettuce, drain the tuna, dump it in with the salad and use olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a condiment. Very good.

I just started adding wasabi sauce to my tuna, it helps with the taste. You should just marinate the chicken with teriyaki, or low fat italian dressing.

lol same.dat shit be dry as fuck.so i drink milk with it bcuz i cant drink water it makes it more dry for me

Don't know if anyone said this yet may have missed it, but this stuff is amazing. I use it in place of mayo, or on something I dont like the taste of, I hate the taste of tuna so on that.

It tastes on chicken and especially in ommelettes. I personally get sick of the taste of eggs everyday so use this to spice it up.

Newmans Own Black Bean Dip.

Its more a salsa than Dip but I suggest trying it.

For my tuna I add Renees ceasar dressing. I am not sure if it is available in the US ( I am in Canada ) but it taste damn good. It is also full of EFA too. This could be the best dressing I have ever tasted.

Hahaha, yeah it sounds grose, but...............

It takes me too long to swallow my plain chicken, turkey, and fish.

How can I make it taste good, but not add fat, or too many carbs to it?

I need ideas. PLEASE Help!!!

I wish I could fry my food, but thats too unhealthy....

wtf......you are being overly careful..nothing wrong with adding some olive oil to the pain and frying it..its good for you. you can't have no fat in your diet.

I do that and I add some tzatzki sauce with my chicken breast..four table spoons is 60 cals. and is enough to put enough on a pretty large serving of chicken breast to make it easy to eat

sometimes i get tired of fixing tuna so i eat it straight out of the can, it takes me forever to eat it cause its so damn dry...I dont know much yu can add to it w/o getting any fat or carbs...i just chug a big glass of skim milk after every bite.......:dunno:

Ya gotta have a little fat.....try some Italian dressing or even mustard with tuna.
I add cooked egg whites , tomatoes , onions and cucumbers in my tuna. You can add red peppers too.
