gym pr. i pulled 716, 766 then the 804 that day and missed 826. did this training for my last meet but ended up not being able to go to the meet cause of my wife's health issues. again. i dont know if ill ever get to compete again. sucks big time.
sounded like somebody up in here said something like bodybuilders workout for mass and not strength.well it just dont work like that.so i was being sarcastis by saying i just want to be big without all that strong stuff you got to go through.as for my final statement sayin all these folks in here pullin 500#'s just seems weird.i would like all of them to post a journal.
