Hello boys and girls, in January I want to log a 8 week YK11 cycle sponsored by sarmssearch.com, unfortunately the package stopped at customs, and they ask me for alot of thinks that I can't give to them, so customs send the yk11 back to sarmssearch.com.
Since I still have more than a 1/2 bootle of LGD. I run another 8 weeks cycle, but this time was different.
Here is the stats in the end of the cycle:
Weight Before: Around 85kg (after my 1st cycle I gain keep gaining some weight)
Weight After: 88,7kg (
+3kg)
Back Squat: 205kg (
+15kg) (belt + knee sleeves)
RAW Paused Back Squat : 180kg (
+15kg)
Deadlift: 220kg(
+10kg, easy) (im going to test it again, no more room on the bar, no belt no sleeves, only straps)
RAW Bench Press : 115kg (
+10kg, easy) (not going to test again, I hate bench)
Good Mornings : 3x100kg (
+10kg)
LGD Cycle: 4/5/6/7/8/9/10/10mg E/D (last time I did 4/4/4/4/5/5/5/5mg)
Sleep: Sleep was good
Diet: I hate everything I want, I never felt hungry or wake up in the middle of the night hungry.
Supression/libido: My balls are smaller, but I'm felling good, I think I was hornier now than in the beggining of the cycle
Injuries: When I start this cycle, I was recovering from a hip injurie that was afecting me since late October 2015, I healed up during the cycle, but I wasn't at 100%, maybe 75/80%. Miracle or not, I dont injury myself during this cycle.
Training Type:
Squats and Bench 5days/Week , Deadlift 3days/Week.
Mid-High Intesity/Low Volume for 2 Weeks , Mid-High Intesity/High Volume for 1 Week , Repeat.
Tricep/Bicep work at the end of the sessions.
Everyday Good mornings at the begging of the sessions (5x6 @ 80/85kg or 4x10 @ 50kg or work up to 3x100kg).
PCT: Im going to run a 20/20/20mg of pharma grade nolva.
