Resume of my week, fucked up my wrist on last Sunday and can't press this week, I just skip 4 sessions of press, but the pain was totaly gone by the end of the week.
My nutrition/diet in the last 4 days was really bad. Alot of chocolates, ice scream, waffles, chips, pizzas, donuts, croissants, etc etc etc, alot of junk food. I will try to eat clean in the next week.
I'm really happy with my sleep quality, I'm sleeping like a baby. Best 2 weeks of sleep in years.

Thats a bummer about the wrist brotha....things like that can happen when you're constantly increasing your lifts.

Resume of the week: Upped LGD dose to 5mg, this week the weights on squats felt heavy and slow.
My wrist heals up and are 100% ok, but my right hip start to give up, and I'm compensating with my left side, and this is not good, in february I injured my left hip and have to stop for 8 weeks, I don't want to stop for another 8 weeks, because of that I will deload this week, lowering the weights, and focus on unilateral work.

At 5mg I start to feel hungry all the time, I don't like that, because I usually spend 4 or 6h a day on gym working out or coaching.
 
Day 37 to 48 - keeped doses at 5mg

Weight: 83,1 kg - 83,7kg

Sleep: Good, between 6 to 9h

Im planning to jump on LGD+S4+GW after PCT.

If it were any other sarm besides LGD, I'd say a mini PCT would do....but LGD should be followed by a full PCT. Maybe even 40/40/20/20.

Also....give it some time before jumping right into another cycle. Whether it be sarms or aas, your body needs some time to recover in between. Blood work is highly recommended before jumping back on.

Im felling supressed today, testis are normal, but my sex drive is low.

For PCT I will run novaldex for 3 weeks 20/10/10

Hello boys and girls, in January I want to log a 8 week YK11 cycle sponsored by sarmssearch.com, unfortunately the package stopped at customs, and they ask me for alot of thinks that I can't give to them, so customs send the yk11 back to sarmssearch.com.

Since I still have more than a 1/2 bootle of LGD. I run another 8 weeks cycle, but this time was different.

Here is the stats in the end of the cycle:

Weight Before: Around 85kg (after my 1st cycle I gain keep gaining some weight)
Weight After: 88,7kg (+3kg)
Back Squat: 205kg (+15kg) (belt + knee sleeves)
RAW Paused Back Squat : 180kg (+15kg)
Deadlift: 220kg(+10kg, easy) (im going to test it again, no more room on the bar, no belt no sleeves, only straps)
RAW Bench Press : 115kg (+10kg, easy) (not going to test again, I hate bench)
Good Mornings : 3x100kg (+10kg)

LGD Cycle: 4/5/6/7/8/9/10/10mg E/D (last time I did 4/4/4/4/5/5/5/5mg)

Sleep: Sleep was good

Diet: I hate everything I want, I never felt hungry or wake up in the middle of the night hungry.

Supression/libido: My balls are smaller, but I'm felling good, I think I was hornier now than in the beggining of the cycle

Injuries: When I start this cycle, I was recovering from a hip injurie that was afecting me since late October 2015, I healed up during the cycle, but I wasn't at 100%, maybe 75/80%. Miracle or not, I dont injury myself during this cycle.

Training Type:
Squats and Bench 5days/Week , Deadlift 3days/Week.
Mid-High Intesity/Low Volume for 2 Weeks , Mid-High Intesity/High Volume for 1 Week , Repeat.
Tricep/Bicep work at the end of the sessions. Everyday Good mornings at the begging of the sessions (5x6 @ 80/85kg or 4x10 @ 50kg or work up to 3x100kg).

PCT: Im going to run a 20/20/20mg of pharma grade nolva.

I want to say thank you to sarms search again, their stuff is crazy, now my bottle is empty :( . I hope I can still run a log of your YK11 in the near future.

I would do a full PCT, like Joz said. LGD is HIGHLY suppresses at even only 1mg/day dosing, so do not be surprised if your HPTA is fully crushed. Make sure to get bloods done to verify your PCT worked. And take a month off before starting your next run to allow the body to recover and be ripe for the next time.
