i wanna bulk up Any ideas please!

Hi Im weighing in at 175 pounds and i currnetly have a reasonable diet plan but with your guys help i will have an excellent one. i want to reach a goal of 190 pounds and i go to the gym every night except tuesdays and the weekend. Im 18 years old and will take any advice given please help.

meal 1 (breakfast) - Protein shake, 2 bananas. 2 boiled eggs

meal 2 (snack before lunch) - One can of tuna and mayo.

meal 3 (lunch) - 2 steak medalions,cottage cheese, banana, 1 pint of milk.

Go to the gym around 4.00pm

meal 4 (Tea) - chicken breasts,salad, protein shake.

i will sometimes swap the chicken for turkey depending on how i feel. I enjoy eggs but i read that some part of it was just fat is it the yolk. which bit has the most protein. I have been gyming for around a year now and have mad every good progress.
My measurments when i started were as follows.

2004 2005

arms - 12 arms - 15
chest - 35 cheast 40
for arms - 10 for arms - 12

My routine is as follows.

monday - biceps and chest
tuesday - rest
wednesday - shoulders, back, tris.
thursday - abs, chest
friday - legs, biceps,back
sat and sund - rest

please help me with any of these and all advice and critism will be taken thankyou.
 
Stick to the core exercises-squats deads bench press and eat 6 to 9 meals a day, healthy foods, keep sugars low in your diet--stay away from junk food. Eat a big breakfast this should help your appetite to increase.
 
I don't care how many meals you eat every day, but keep increasing your food intake until you start to gain weight. I agree with huskyguy to keep sugars to a minimum. Add some brown rice or sweet potatoes or something like that to that diet.

You are smart to place emphasis on your diet.
 
2 eggs and a bananna? You are eating like a 5 year old girl bro, there is your problem. Start reading every good diet thread you can get your hands on, buy a few books, and put together something 500-750 calories above where you are at now.

Every AA egg is 70 calories, add it all up and track it because right now you aren't taking in much of anything.
