I want to gain some quality lean mass. I need some advice from you guys.

Hello, I'm a new member.. I wanted to get some advice about the steroids I've thought of using..
Firstly.. I'm 25, weight 70 kg, height 5ft 6inch. waist 32 inches. I want to reduce the fat and gain lean mass.. I have thought of using winstrol and trenbolone acetate for the lean mass and proviron to keep my libido in check and for vascularity.
Have I made the right choice? If so, how much shall I take and for how long?
I would be using fish liver oil(winstrol dries the joint so I thought of using thisJ and liv 52(for the liver).
 
Honestly man you can reach your goals naturally. You need to learn to cut and bulk properly before using AAS anyways. A first cycle should be test only. You should NOT even be contemplating tren yet. Please read the stickies, they are there for a reason.

just do what rocky balboa does to get in shape, run up stairs, eat raw eggs, beat up meat, few pull ups in your back yard
 
So you really believe that tribulus doesn't raise test levels? How does it increase libido without increasing test levels??

I'm not trying to say that its effects are even close to AS, but there are numerous studies showing tribulus does indeed raise test levels,
 
Tribulus is garbage bud. Of course supplement companies do studies that show it works otherwise it wouldnt sell but in reality otc test boosters dont do shit
 
Actually I have been exercising for the last 3 years and have not gained much. I wont say that I have not gained any muscles and burned fat but the gains were toos slow. I never ever took any supplement either. I just exercise and avoid junk foods and eat whatever that is prepared at home. I exercise everyday for 1 and a half hour(with little to no rest in between sets) and have started doing cardio and abs on every alternate day for the last 5 months( earlier I avoided cardio and abdominal exercises and did it only once a week) but the gains are not so good. That is the reason why I thought of using AAS but didnot feel like rushing into it and thought of taking advice from You guys before I make any mistake.

That is absolutely not true. There are numerous otc products that do raise test levels. There are also numerous otc products and supplements that are "proven" but in reality, are garbage. This is one reason its imperative to do adequate research. I'm not trying to say you're going to break the high normal test range with otc supplements alone, but I guarantee if you give someone with a low test level zinc+magnesium+tribulus for 4 wks, that you WILL see an increase in test levels. This is a safe and effective way for someone either too young or inexperienced to raise test levels without causing harm to their body.
