i want to use clenbuterol to help reduce bf?

id carb cycle a little carbs one day.. none the next.. it works great.. on carb days take the clen.. ro speed metabolism!!!.. u dnt need much clen ur bf% is low as is.. u can just tweak ur diet more n reah ur goals but more power to u if u add clen.. its anti catabolic so u will save muscle!
 
Well for one you're consuming more protein than people who compete for Mr.O. That amount of protein is unnecessary and takes and unnecessary toll on your body. Carbs are not your enemy, they are your friend. Also I wouldn't start all of the fat loss stuff right of the bat. Start with 1 thing and then when you hit sticking point incorporate something new. YOu seem to be going for everything all at once. I would start with just the diet first, then when you feel you aren't losing anymore weight try doing 1 cardio session a week, then 2 then 3 and then maybe add a small dose of clen a couple times a week and then when you hit another sticking point add some more. With fat loss as with many things in bodybuilding, slow and steady wins the race. I'm also assuming you're not on any AAS?

not when it comes to losing fat.I find higher bards hurt fatloss. I have tried many things and find carb cycling best for fatloss ( ofcourse watching caloiries.)

up fat intake if anything. add alot of fiber from fresh veggies.

Thy still can be your friend even when it comes to fat loss. Many ppl do not do well on low carbs and can put forth higher intensity in the gym on higher carbs and lower fat, but of course thats an indirect effect on fat loss. Calories is number one when it comes to weigh loss of course but once minimum needs are met for protein and fat macros, the remainder of your caloric needs can come from any macros your prefer and the differences will be nil or negligible.

is it really anti-catabolic? I keep reading mixed responses on this saying it will cause you to lose muscle, some saying you gain strength from it, others saying it does nothing.

Dieting down naturally is always an option if you're worried. Post up in the diet section to get some help and look up 3J as either a nutritional coach or for his free diet advice. Other than that, set your caloric intake depending on goals, meet minimum essential macros, fill the rest of your calories with any macros, train with intensity and possibly lower volume if needed, rinse repeat until desired BF.
