Yes i eat some high calorie stuff today , but tomorrow i am going back to 4,5 lbs of fish per day and sweet potatoes :)

First of all congrats man, those shoulders! Quick question on the fish, even though they are healthy fats, I usually eat salmon about 2lbs a week more or less, yet you're saying you eat 4.5 lbs a day? how many days a week? Is that not alot of fat even tho they are healthy? no too much? I ask because you also recommend pistachos since in your other thread which also have healthy fats, how many calories of healthy fats do you normally consume? You look very lean man, so all these healthy fats are really working good for you, yet still very lean. Again congrats man!!

Yes Bro, when it comes to food i eat with a sick work ethic , the fish is sweet water fish and yes every single fucking day i am eating 4-5 lbs of that stuff.
I am like a huge mutant beaver with gamma radiation :). The fish is not very oily and thats why i can eat huge amounts. I especially consume these in the second part of the day like afternoon.
In night i dont take any carbs thats why i can easily eat a lot of protein without feeling full or feeling bad. Also,
I dont use Protein Powder , i am just starting use pure powder amino acids like BCAA, Arginine, Glutamine almost 100 gr per day.
Thats all you need as key recovery. I dont eat chicken because i dont trust the way they grow them in farms (24 hour day light and hormones). Organic chicken is hard to find.
So my idea is natural foods cannot make you fat if you are properly training, thats why i dont care about the fat amount. I accept them as energy source :)
