I strongly disagree that meal timing is irrelvant.
Give your body what it needs every 2-3hrs.(Not to pat my own back..but I've been certified in sports nutrition for 8yrs). It's all about how to kickstart/maintain your metabolism. Your body will turn into a fat burning machine if given the proper ratios at the right time. Eat 4 huge meals your metabolism will digest slow, can be helpfull when bulking. I don't prefer it though. Eat 6-7 smaller meals, giving your body just what it needs for inbetwween meals is ideal for getting lean quickly. My avatar was me at my Natural competition, (1st place mr. ann arbor) Started at 215lbs, competition day I was 182lbs. 83 day diet. Throw gear in mix.. I'd have nasty (but great) results
