I just got my ipod so I wanna listen to music and I just don't want to start running until school starts. I am not that lazy but this summer i have been. I just eat pizza (at pizza hut. thats where i work) And when I get home i play counter-strike. anyway, everyday I can walk 6 or more miles. I am 185 and 16 if that helps at all. Thanks. Gatta get tha ladies.

Sure, you can lose weight walking, but if you're sitting around eating pizza all day then it's likely not going to happen. Diet is important for fat loss. You should be eating foods with actual nutrient content since you're a growing and developing boy. You're begging for problems down the road eating a shitty diet like that. And by problems I mean disease and being fat.

Eat real foods. Fatty meats, shellfish if you can, liver, whole eggs, and tons of veggies and non-exotic fruits. Your body needs the nutrients to develop properly, and pizza is actually a NEGATIVE in the nutrient department, so it costs your body nutrients to eat it.

exercise is exercise, but if you want real weight loss like frosty said alot of it is diet.

I'm a huge fan of running, i just don't think you can beat it if you want weight loss. There are other things but try a little bit of jogging maybe mixed with walking. I think youll see much better results with that.
