If ive ordered a prod and it gets seized what happens

Noob don't know if this is just an informative question. If ive ordered something from ng and order gets made what happens? I heard just a letter is that true?

yea they send you a letter asking if you want to forget about it, or pursue why it got seized. i recommend you just charge it to the game

A Good reputable source I use around here is great, I know that some dont like to sign for their gear, but that also lets the shipper know you never got it. This happened once to me 5 weeks went by and no product. I contacted my source explained that I had not received and he reshiped and got 2nd shipment in the normal TA time of 3 weeks.
