It takes a lot for me to really really sweat.
I work out with a guy the same but opposite of me.
Same routine same stats but I have a very high metabolism and him the complete opposite.
He will be covered in sweat by the end of our work and ill barely show signs of arm out sweat.
And I almost always lifting heavier and for more reps than him.
For me it can depend on the day. I can do the same workout different days and feel the same intensity both days, sweat rivers one day and not so much the other.
