I would have stayed away from the decca as it shuts me down pretty bad and would have stuck with the 500mg sust every week.

i would have eaten alot more, taken something besides sten which i paid about 30 bucks an amp for, i had no clue what the hell i was doin, not one bit. honestly the #1 thing i would have done different is that i would have actually done research and figured out what i was actually taking.

By far, the most important is the diet. Without it, you can run all the gear you want, but will have little results. No drinking either!

Didn't use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and should have.

I though I was cool gaining 28lbs in 12 weeks.
