After 14 years of messing around with chemicals, I am seriously considering OTC products (if they haven't all been outlawed) so...

List three supplements that you would add to your arsenal not including protein, glutamine, slin or creatine that you feel have been most conducive of an anabolic environment from your own experience.

First thing that comes to mind is ZMA . . other than that I'm pressed to think of something I absolutly need. Fish Oil would be #2 . . . . .

The only non-steroidal compound I ever took that worked -and produced dramatic results- was creatine.
 
Fish oil/EFA's are I think essential. Creatine Ethyl Ester, Protien, ALA, VIT C, VIT E, A good Multi VIT, a Joint Formula, B-12 or complex. Others that you may like are Tangat Ali and Trib and then maybe through in some estrogen blockers like Diindolin or a combo of that and others. I'm even young and I feel the effect of these combo's so just a thought. ITs what has worked for me and I like it.
 
I only use TrueProteins Isolate Cold-Filtration, CEE, and a multivitmain.

I don't or wouldn't use any other supplement other than fish oil caps

ditto-although i might substitute flax for fish (gives me gas). everything else seems to be a total waste of money for the very little effects you get back.

I agree with Easto, there aren't many products out that truly work. I've dropped a lot of cash over the last 5-6 years, and the only products that truly worked were 1-AD, M1T, and Avant Labs Transdermal 1-Test...as you know these are gone now.

I know it's lame, but the best thing I can say is food, try 3-400g protein every day along with complex carbs and EFA's. This will produce far better results than any product out right now.

id add in a solid training routine as well

save ur money and buy food..everything else is USELESS
 
everything is bullshit. the only shit that really works is a good diet with lots of prots, cals and carbs at the right times of days, CEE(not a miracle supp but still pretty good), juice and protein shakes. not that im condoning juice but it obviously works if used correctly. and multivitamins and greentea is important too.
