if you only had one chose from would you pick crappy sleep good diet or the other way

I will be the first to actually answer: I would choose crappy sleep good diet. A lot of people don't get a lot of sleep, and plenty of them make gains. If I slept a lot but ate like shit I definitely feel it'd slow my progress, unless I was bulking and eating a shit ton of food in which case I would just get fat as well lol.
