Mass Counts
Heyas !!

Anyone got any ideas how many anabolic cycles an IFBB Pro would run each year ??

I have heard from a former aussie pro, that most he knows and himself were 3 cycles yearly.

love to hear thoughts on if anyone knows :)

bit if a stupid question as some guys will run the basics then some guys go crazy. Can't say i no any pros but i compete myself and most of the guys i know are on 6-9 months of the year.

Oh yea.

I think its a good question and good to know. Reason why, is im sick of seeing useless and incompetant aas users around gyms here.

So many people just get gear from anyone/anywhere and pin.

I ask if people know the answer to my question because Pro BBers or competitors obviously do much more cycles or higher doses.

I have ran 2 cycles and im currently 25 yrs old, 97 kgs ( 210 lbs ) 9% bf with no sides and off cycle atm. Where people i know in real life are similiar age but have 5-6 cycles with much smaller stats and more sides.

So, is it either genetics, seriousness of training, diet/lifestyle, where AAS came from etc etc

Or

Is it more cycles and heavier cycles + age/mature in muscle density that make them at pro levels ??

I'd say any IFBB pro you see in magazines, or have sponsorships with supp companies have never gone off, and started when they were early teenagers(15-19) and have only gotten into heavier and heavier cycles, tweaking out their diets. IMO what serperates most bodybuilders from IFBB pro's is heavy long-term use of peptides and tren.

gotta disagree with you Roug. even though I agree they do what you say, IMO its 100% genetics.

Platinum, this thread is useless and your reason has no merit. What does what pros use have anything to do with "useless and incompetant aas users around gyms here" as you put it? It doesn't.

So stop worrying about irrelevant shit and worry about yourself. If you look better than them, even better. But again, who cares?

As for the pros, less than half of half of one percent of anyone on this board has the chance of being a pro BBer. You can do all the drugs in the world, and believe me pros rely heavily on drugs (which is why they shrink so damn bad when they retire), but it still won't get you to the level those guys are at. I've trained hard, eaten right, and taken alot of aas in my day, and have done well in a state show but have never had any illusions of thinking i could become a pro. Nor would I wanna be. And there are guys with wayyyyy better physiques than me. Plus, shitty money for what you put your body through in the hopes of making a top ten, which may not even pay out $$$. No thanks.

i agree, these guys are gifted just like the nfl players that are 240lbs but can run like the wind, or the whiz kid scientist, we are all given something
dexter jackson didnt even do cardio until the last few olympias because of sick genetics (when he added it, increased his food, took him to the top)
all the genetics plus using gear since a young age (local kid here antoine vignette, fkn sick, hes only 20, been on gear a few years already, is with vpx now)

$$$ wise, had a friend in the gym, competing nationally here in canada, the guy was a top 3-5 finisher, lives in an apartment, no car, gets by on personal training, not saying its the case all the time but even top guys (ie quincy taylor) dont make enuff money. its endorsements, and only the top guys get them

See its not useless thread.

You just helped me and others bro. As for the useless users i was saying .... Just local gear heads who get no results from using 6+ cycles. I was wondering why are they using that many and getting no where ?? thats all.

So man, Pros deff use a shit load of aas/gh all year round right ?? plus 100% top genetics ??

Respect, I totally agree. Like someone said earlier, NFL players that are 6 4' in the 240's and run under 5 flats.

GENETICS...not everyone can be a pro bodybuilder, regardless of the effort (rj case in point), or a pro defensive end, nba power forward (here height plays the genetic role), ect ect and ontop of these god given genetics its still up to the individual to MAXIMIZE them, and then still the percentage that make it is extremely low

***tons of us litter these boards, some of us are in great condition (rj again is an awesome example), but out of everyone, only one jay cutler, almost million to 1 genetics/potential ect

Was just thinking about this as I was eating my PWM. I don't know if this will help anyone, but IMO more from a bodybuilding standpoint, and good judge of genetics, or representation of them would be a guy you've seen, or a friend you know that doesn't even know what a diet is and are genetic freaks. For example, some black guy at my old school has the biggest biceps and triceps I've ever seen in my life to date, he ate at mcdonalds and various other fast foods joints regulary, didn't have 3 meals on a good day, and scarfed bagels and grape jelly, and his favorite was pizza, not to mention the countless sodas he'd pound in a day. His arms must of been 19in totally natty and constantly hovered around 8-10% BF. A diet for him was totall irrelevent.

great example. and exactly the point.

I have a friend like this. loves cookie dough and pepsi and walks around at 6'2" 250lbs prolly 10% all year round eating like that. Pisses me off. lol

If you have money, decent genetics, and strong organs you can go all the way..but some dudes have done it without all the above..

5'10" 230lbs 11-12%BF if I had to guess.

That pic in my avi is a few years old before my last show.

Good work brother !!

Man you ever ran GHRP 2 or 6 ?? If so, does or can it elevate your BP Levels ??

I had a reading 2 days ago with a blood pressure of 145/90 !!!!!!!

I been off aas for 4 weeks, but recently started ghrp6 at 300mcg ED.

I know its either that or pre workout/NO supplements. I really think its the pre workouts.
